Jeff Heil helping us be better

I snapped this photo of Jeff Heil on Friday morning.  Jeff is working at bikes@vienna three days a week (can you see that logo on his bandana?).  Note his W&OD Trail Patrol jersey because he volunteers to help with the trail patrol.
